Shelia Cramer, RDH
Shelia Cramer received her dental hygiene degree from William Rainey Harper College in 1982. She was president of the Student American Dental Hygienist Association from 1980 to 1982. Shelia has been a dental hygienist for 20 years, and has been with McNerney Dental since it opened its doors in 1990. She has volunteered her services at the McHenry County Cooperative Dental Clinic in Woodstock. Shelia enjoys cooking, reading, and collecting Longaberger baskets, and is grateful to be a cancer survivor for over six years.

Rhonda Kearney, RDH
Rhonda has been working for McNerney Dental since 1995, and has been a dental hygienist since 2000. She attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene, and also was awarded the Proctor and Gamble award for excellence in oral hygiene instruction. Rhonda is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association, as well as the Illinois Dental Hygienist Society. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the McHenry County Cooperative Dental Clinic, rollerblading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jaynie Lawson, RDH
Jaynie Lawson graduated from Indiana University in 1977 with a degree in dental hygiene. More than twenty-five years later she still loves her work. Jaynie joined Dr. McNerney's team in January 2001, after moving to Crystal Lake from Texas. Jaynie has volunteered at various clinics and dental health services throughout her career, in Indiana, Texas, and Illinois. She loves to learn and talk about teeth! She enjoys music, cooking, and visiting old and new friends.

Elly Palmer, RDH
Elly Palmer is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Dental Hygiene class of 1967. Elly trained after her graduation in periodontal therapies, and developed a pediatrics management program. She participated in the first mass oral cancer screening done in the United States, in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Elly has volunteered in public health education programs for over 15 years, and has also volunteered as a hygienist in the veteran's hospital in California. Elly enjoys being lead singer in a barbershop quartet, and is an active member of the Sunburst Corvette Club.
